工場には、法律によりさだめられた基準値以下の排水基準を達成するために、大規模の排水処理設備があります。生産規模の拡大とともに負荷が高くなります。そのため排水基準を守るための設備投資と運転コストはますます増えています。原水槽の油分を除去することで、排水の負荷を低くすることができます。その結果設備投資と運転コストの削減を図ることができます。
There is waste water treatment equipment of a large scale at the factory to achieve the effluent standard below the standard value by the law. The load rises with the expansion of the scale of production. Therefore, more and more capital investment and the driving cost to keep the effluent standard have increased. The load of drain can be lowered by removing the oil of the raw water tank. As a result capital investment and the reduction in the driving cost can be attempted.

sl-sp[1].jpg 食品加工工場で使用される油脂は種類も量もおおく、また加工食品にも油脂が含まれています。排水中にこの油脂が多く含まれるため、活性汚泥処理では処理できない場合もあります。浮上油回収装置「スクープロボ」「SLブンリキ」は、全自動で浮上した油脂と残渣を分離除去し負荷を小さくします。

Many kinds of oil is using at the food plant, and that amount is huge. Moreover, a lot of oil and fat elements are included in the processed food. It doesn't catch up in a general method of the activated sludge treatment because this large amount of oil and fats are contained in draining. Surfacing oil collection device "Scooprob" and "SL-bunriki" remove oils and fats and impurities on the surface by the full automation and reduce the load.

魚の加工工場では、魚からでる油分と残渣が混じり合って排水処理設備に流入して浮かびます。この残渣と油分をスクープロボが、自動的に回収分離します。これにより排水処理の負荷が大幅に低減できます。

On fish's processing site, the oil with the residue flows in the waste water treatment tank.
"Scooprobo" automatically collects this rest error and oil, and separates them. As the result, the drain load was to be decreased greatly.
